More than 40 JOC members volenteered to help staff the annual Community Halloween Fest at Twin Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake. The party included many games, treats, and prizes. Members ran games for children such as a ring toss and Plinko. Everyone had a good time! According to the Community Education Administrative Assistant, Bobbi Birkholz "Prior Lake-Savage Community Education recently hosted the 40th Annual Community Halloween. This event is made possible by donations and the many student volunteers. With a 40 year history, this is a full circle event. Our youth attend the event, volunteer when they are teens and bring their children and grandchildren later in life. Memories are created and shared through the generations."
